Do I have to bring my own supplies?
I provide an easel, large table, chair, trash can for everyone.
Adults including high school Jr's and Sr's bring their own supplies. For a list of suggested materials, please click here. We have a large storage area if you want to secure your supplies in a box or bin and keep them here.
I provide all materials for students age 5 thru 8th grade. They are permitted to bring their own paints and other supplies if they want.
What if I have to miss a class?
We do offer makeup classes for many (but not all) situations. Click here to view our "Tuition and Makeup Policy".
Im an adult, but I don't have art supplies. Can I still come to a class? Yes. I can set you up with an 11 x 14 inch stretched canvas, and a full pallet of acrylic paint, brushes and paper towels for $15. This is not a good long term solution, but great if you just want to try painting.

Do you teach water color?
Students work in all mediums. I work with my students one on one in whatever medium they choose. I personally work in oil. acrylic and pastel most of the time, but occasionally use water color and gauche.
How long are the classes?
All semi private classes for adults are 3 hours long. I work with adults one-to-one so you don't have to stay the full 3 hours,
All classes for youth (age 6 through 8th grade) are 2 hours.

How many people are in the classes?
There are 16 work stations. Classes with more than 8 students will have an Instructor and an assistant.
Can I reserve my space in class?
Yes, you can reserve a space for the same class time each week.

Do I have to come to the same class, at the same time each week?
To receive discounts, yes. If you pay full price $25 per class, no, I can usually build a custom schedule 4 - 12 weeks.
Will I feel intimidated by the other more experienced students?
I hope not. But I can’t guarantee that. I hope instead, you are inspired.
What is Greg’s background in painting and drawing?

Do you offer private instruction?
No, but our adult students (high school and up) get one on one instruction in a semi private atmosphere.
Can I get a free "art" tip?
Sure, Draw and paint because you love to do it. Enjoy the process. If you are too focused on your result, you will miss the fun. Art is an ongoing, lifetime adventure.
